Fourth TPM in Kaunas and LTTA
06th November 2024
It was an incredible and productive week! We’re just back from an intense yet rewarding stay in Kaunas, lithuania, where we held the fourth Transnational Project Meeting along with Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities for our project.
On Monday, 28/10, we gathered for a strategic meeting to discuss the final steps needed to complete the project’s planned activities. We covered the finalization of the learning units and platform, brainstorming ways to further enhance our materials and platform. We also discussed plans for upcoming multiplier events, as well as communication and dissemination strategies.
The following three days participated as well women entrepreneurs invited form each partner organization, the activities were dedicated to testing the module materials developed so far, with a focus on the modules on Strategies for Sustainability on Technology and Innovation, Storytelling, and Life-centered Business Models.
We tested approaches as well like sustainability value propositions and the sustainability compass. We also had the pleasure of visiting two inspiring, female-led businesses: Mano Menulis (https://manomenulis.lt/), a Lithuanian e-shop known for its unique, high-quality creative tools that inspire productivity and creativity, and Lucci Bakery (https://www.facebook.com/luccibakery), a charming bakery offering homemade treats in the heart of Kaunas.
Additionally, we met with professional from Kaunas IN Startups (https://www.facebook.com/KaunasticStartups/ ), who shared valuable insights on empowering startups through learning, networking, and collaboration.
In the evenings, we explored Kaunas, visiting sites like the historic castle and the legendary beast, and enjoyed some quality social time with our fellow participants.
A big thank you to European Social Entrepreneurship And Innovative Studies Institute for hosting us and for their flawless organization of both events, and to all our partners and female entrepreneurs for their dedication and active participation throughout the training and visits.
Stay tuned for more updates on our project’s developments and upcoming activities!
